HBP Group successfully won the bid for the 120MW Source-Grid-Load-Storage Integration Project

       

        In October 2022, during this bountiful season, HBP Group received two notice of award for the procurement of photovoltaic brackets and photovoltaic components for the 120MW Source-Grid-Load-Storage Integration Project in the Turpan area of the Tuha Oilfield. The combined contract value is approximately CNY 342 million①. This will signify that HBP Group, following the success of the carbon capture and recycling project under the dual carbon goals, is embarking on a new energy innovation in the "Photovoltaic+" business domain.

        The 120MW Source-Grid-Load-Storage Integration Project in the Turpan area of the Tuha Oilfield is one of the key projects in China's plan to build a million-kilowatt-level "solar-thermal + photovoltaic" base in the region east of the Shanmu Highway and north of the Lanxin Railway. It aims to propel the construction of a large-scale "Shago Desert" new energy base. With a total investment of CNY 658 million, covering an area of 240.06 hectares, the project involves the construction of 91,664 foundation piles, 267,540 photovoltaic components, and the supporting Tuha Oilfield 110 Collection Station (with a total investment of CNY 15 million) having a capacity of 2×63,000 kilowatts. This station is a key project for advancing the new energy integration of source, grid, load, and storage, as well as the construction of multi-energy complementary projects in the autonomous region.
